- zpizza is seeking multi-unit franchisees with a passion for success to join our team. Prospective developers must meet certain criteria for financial liquidity, net worth and relevant business experience.
- How much will I need to invest?
- The total investment necessary to begin operation of a zpizza franchised business is $250,500 - $349,500, including the initial franchise fee for an individual restaurant of $30,000. For full financial information, please refer to the current Uniform Franchise Disclosure Document (UFDD).
- Does zpizza offer Area Development?
- Yes. zpizza is actively seeking franchisees who will build multiple store locations over time. To secure the rights to develop an additional trade area, a deposit is required. zpizza is seeking restaurateurs and entrepreneurs alike who are interested in developing at least 5 restaurants over time.
- Do you assist with site selection?
- Yes. zpizza has a full real estate system to help you with market analysis, site analysis, lease negotiations, and other tools to help you secure high potential locations.
- Who designs and builds my store?
- zpizza International will provide the franchisee with architectural assistance with drawings and specifications. The franchisee will negotiate with a construction contractor and construction suppliers.
- How much money can I make from a zpizza restaurant?
- The Federal Trade Commission will not let us make any earnings claims to prospective franchisees. Therefore, we rely on our franchisees to supply you information on this subject and, with some effort on your part; you can put together a fairly accurate pro forma.
- Is financing available?
- Financing may be available via third party lenders. zpizza is approved by the SBA Franchise Registry. The SBA Franchise Registry has streamlined eligibility guidelines and operating procedures that will reduce costs and processing time, making the SBA loan application process as fast and easy as possible. - How will I know if I have the necessary finances?
- Your completed personal profile will be evaluated by our finance department. A zpizza senior manager will let you know how your financial status fits within our profile and what your financing options might be, if needed.

- Fill out the request information form online. A zpizza representative will contact you and start you down the road to owning your own business.
